Holtec International’s Corporate Governance and Ethics Manual (Document CD-07) summarizes the Company’s requirements pertaining to the ethical and legal responsibilities of all Company personnel while conducting the Company’s business. The Manual also establishes the positions and responsibilities to be appointed by the Company’s Executive Committee and Board of Directors to maintain and enforce the Company’s policies.
